Describe in detail what your Organisation does:
1) To feed people with HIV, TB and old age while waiting for their medication.
2) Transporting terminal ill patience from home to clinic.
3)Now feeding all ages of people including youth.
4) Transporting old age people from home to pay point and back home.
5) To address this by means of job creation
