  • In your opinion, what has been the most challenging aspect of running your Organisation?

Starting! Having a vision is one thing but putting that vision into practice is another (hard) thing. Once that is done i believe everything else sort of falls into place.

1. Being able to work with other great NGOs outside our community (doing career guidance), letting them experience what we do and have them applauding to it and seeing the relevance as well as the need in our particular community for such information.

2. Seeing how rural learners respond to the act of been given free access to a resource that will help them change and better their lives. Its priceless!
