Describe in detail what your Organisation does:
We work within the community providing life-skills and substance prevention and early services.
Beneficiaries includes children 12 and over. Adolescents and adults experimenting and dependent on drugs. Support groups and family sessions.
Counseling and group facilitation, awareness and information sessions, referral basis.
Working with the homeless population, most rewarding of all.
Training to organizations on basic counseling.
How long has your Organisation been operational?
In your opinion, what has been the most challenging aspect of running your Organisation?
Running and trying to sustain our Non profit without funding.

Our local organizations, SAPS, Dept of Health, Dept of Education, Dept of Social Development.
If you had one Organisation wish, what would it be?
To be funded and employ more people to help work in the community and not worry about finances.
In your opinion, which skills do Nonprofits in your Country lack?
Training needs because non profits does not have finances to always send their staff for paid training.

Nonprofits should stop competing who has the best nonprofit and put their beneficiaries needs first.
