Describe in detail what your Organisation does:
Umbimbilethu Day Care Centre is a Non Profit Organization caring for Orphans and Vulnerable Children, We started ana Early Childhood Development Program in 2012, started with 13 children , we have now 2018 grown and have 90 children ages O to 6 years in our centre, we also have a feeding scheme program for the children and Senior Citizens. We are running a Creche, Day and after Care and Pre- School .
How long has your Organisation been operational?

In your opinion, what has been the most challenging aspect of running your Organisation?
The most challenging aspect of running our organization was the funds to operate and capacity skills and not enough space to accommodate these children

Hardworking, Perseverance, Passionate
Do you collaborate with other Causes? If yes, would you like to mention them?
Yes, we collaborate with a group of women who started a Saving Scheme Program called Isibani Sempilo Women Saving Scheme
If you had one Organisation wish, what would it be?
It would be to get funds to buy a house and convert it to a multipurpose centre and buy resources that will assist our community.
In your opinion, which skills do Nonprofits in your Country lack?
Computer Literacy Skills, NPO Management Skills and Financial Management Skills
Looking back at your Cause Journey, what advice would you give a newbie Organisation?
I would like to emphasize them to love their work , their community and also to work hard in order to achieve their goals of uplifting / empowering their beneficiaries.
If you could change one thing about the Nonprofit Landscape, what would it be?
It would be that Office Bearers of Non Profit Organizations can be assisted with stipends as they work hard in building up the organization, yet government does not allow office bearers to be given stipends.

Early Childhood Development, (Creche and Pre-School) , I love working with children , More than 60 have graduated from Pre-School to Grade R
