Describe in detail what your Organisation does:
We are an organization focused on the development of primary schools and primary school children’s academic life. We are school specific meaning we analyse and assess each school individually to identify problems specifically affecting them. This gives us better insight and an opportunity to solve immediate needs.

I think access to funding as is normally the case.

Insightful life-changing and innovative
Do you collaborate with other Causes? If yes, would you like to mention them?
We would love to collaborate we have not been in operation enough to be able to as yet.
If you had one Organisation wish, what would it be?
To be able to make a notable difference in the children we offer support to. Not today but in the future, because their educational performance and ambitions will have improved.

Looking back at your Cause Journey, what advice would you give a newbie Organisation?
Start small and know exactly what you are trying to achieve but most importantly have concrete proof that it really is a need or viable through research.
If you could change one thing about the Nonprofit Landscape, what would it be?
How easy it is to register a non-profit and how most are simply just fronts for hidden agendas.

Our engagement with a school in Orlando east called AB Xuma Primary. This is mostly because we had preconceived ideas about what the children needed prior but as we engaged and after all the research we began to learn a lot about engaging and interacting with the people you want to help and also how some issues can be rooted deeper than any level of statistics.
Last question, if your friends had to describe your Organisation in three words, which would they use?
Different, Intentful and Motivating.
