Play Sport4Life (PS4L) is a non-profit organization based in Cape Town, South Africa.
Our mission is to help improve the lives and well-being of our disadvantaged communities by providing athletic opportunities and using sports as a vehicle for a healthier lifestyle. We work to equip these communities with necessary life skills that helps them deal with day-to-day challenges, leading to a positive impact on all of the lives and communities involved.

We are very proud of our newly developing Women in Sport program, where we host multi-sport tournaments for girls of all ages, not limited to primary or high school. We wish to host more elaborate events such as this in the future.
