WCAPD have been providing social services to persons with disabilities for more than a decade. As an NGO, we are largely dependent on private funding in order to provide our clients with assistive devices, infrastructure, as well as achieving our goal of constantly increasing our capacity to provide quality care and assistance to the most vulnerable persons in our society.

Describe in detail what your Organisation does:

Our services include rendering social development services, skills development programs, as well as work and employment, and childcare education. Our facilities include 10 special care and day centers for children with severe to profound disabilities up to the age of 18 years, skills development and employment opportunities to those aged 18 and over who cannot access the open labor market. Being a fundraiser and knowing that every cent I received from donors/sponsors makes a difference in someone’s life. Feeling proud to work for an organization that makes a difference.
