We are an Aftercare Centre and Preschool situated in the Zandspruit Informal Settlement in Honeydew, catering for over 300 children, who live there. We provide them with a place of safety, where they can be educated formally in the Preschool, and assisted with homework tuition as well as being offered physical, social, emotional and spiritual support. We provide food for the children daily during school term and employ 16 members from the Zandspruit Community, some of whom are qualified ECD teachers.

We are proud to have started a very successful Preschool in 2008 which handles 60 children, ranging from 3 – 6 years old, who receive an essential early education, enabling them to start in Grade 1 on the right footing.
