It is an independent Non-Profit Organisation which seeks to empower communities in Southern Africa to be productive in whichever career paths they choose to follow.

Our success in involving the community in Chicumbane, Mozambique, who has volunteered to help construct permanent training facilities on property donated to MESHOA by the local Provincial Adminitrative Offices. Also, the community participation in our sewing and embroidery training.
