The Local Yokel Project encourages consumers to buy products & services from the local community by providing the knowledge of WHERE & HOW they can support fellow home-grown initiatives to RECYCLE their RANDS directly back into the local economy!

The technology used in our offices is old and outdated. We are looking for the following;
- 2 X Laptop computers
- 1 X Large format printer (Banners, Stickers, Flyers, Posters)
- 1 X Embroidery machine (to generate in-house promo items and co-branding with members)

We have recently reached two milestones that we are proud of;
1) We have signed up 280 local businesses to our Project. This makes us one of the largest small, locally owned business representation bodies in South Africa
2) Our website has had over 550000 views of our member profiles since the implementation
