We are a registered non-profit organisation, working mostly in the Cape Winelands (Western Cape, South Africa) with the vision to promote ethical service delivery and quality education where children matter through empowering the next generation as leaders of change. Our services (training, collaboration, capacity building and leadership development) fall in 4 key areas: investment in people, strategic clarity, collaborative solutions and ethical commitment. We have a strong focus on good governance, strong ethics and child protection and collaborate closely with other non-profits and networks to work in the best interest of children. All our programmes are based on our leadership model called LEAD and are in line with best practice principles.

We are very proud of our collaborative Drakenstein Child Protection Programme where we work with 8 other non-profit organisations as well as Connect Network and Valcare to empower non-profit organisations as child protection champions and to strengthen the local child protection system. This programme, coordinated by Ezrah in partnership with Valcare is our flagship programme.
